Welcome to the SafeGirl website.
Use of the website, viewing it, browsing its content, saving content from it, sharing content from it, commercial or non-commercial use of its content, or any other access to it - are subject to this notice and the terms of use below.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to make any use of the website or its content, except for uses expressly permitted by law.

1. Rights Holder

All rights in the SafeGirl website and its content are reserved to Liron Revivo,
Business No. 215246364, owner of the SafeGirl brand, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

For the purposes of this notice, “website content” includes, inter alia: texts, headings, slogans, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, icons, banners, media files, product pages, information pages, FAQs, marketing texts, legal texts, SEO descriptions, meta-data, page structure, arrangement of content, selection and editing of materials, logos, product names, trade names, brand marks, trade dress, website designs, and any other material appearing on the website.

The publication of content on the website shall not be construed as the granting of any license, permission, consent, waiver, or right of use whatsoever.

2. Copyright Protection

The website content, in whole or in part, is protected under the Copyright Law, 5768-2007, insofar as it constitutes original works protected by law.

Among other things, the following are protected by law:

SafeGirl product descriptions;
Original marketing and commercial texts;
Texts on website pages;
The “Our Story” page;
FAQs;
Legal texts and disclaimers;
Product photography;
Graphics, banners, icons, and illustrations;
Original page designs;
The selection, editing, arrangement, and sequence of website content;
Any other original work appearing on the website.

Copying a substantial part of the website content, even if not a full copy, may constitute copyright infringement.

3. Trade Names, Brand Marks, and Trade Dress

The name SafeGirl, the name Safely, the name SafeKey, the name SafeDoor, product names, logos, brand marks, commercial language, brand characteristics, and the trade dress of the website and products are commercial assets of SafeGirl.

Do not use the name SafeGirl, the name Safely, the name SafeKey, the name SafeDoor, logos, product names, similar marks, similar phrasings, deceptive appearances, similar trade dress, or any element that may create an impression of connection, sponsorship, approval, collaboration, common commercial source, or affiliation with SafeGirl.

Any imitation, copying, use of a similar name, use of a similar appearance, use of a similar commercial structure, or making any representation likely to mislead consumers may, depending on the circumstances, constitute passing off, misleading conduct, unjust enrichment, trademark infringement, or another wrong under Israeli law.

4. Blanket Prohibition on Use Without Permission

Unless express, prior written permission has been granted by SafeGirl, it is prohibited to perform any action with the website content or any part thereof, including:

Copying;
Duplication;
Systematic screen capture;
Downloading;
Saving;
Storage;
Scanning;
Republishing;
Broadcasting;
Distribution;
Translation;
Adaptation;
Rewriting;
Rephrasing;
Modification;
Editing;
Cropping;
Distortion;
Removal of credit;
Commercial use;
Promotional use;
Use on social networks;
Use in another online store;
Use on a landing page;
Use in an advertisement;
Use in a marketing email;
Use in a presentation;
Use in a catalog;
Use in a product description;
Use in sales materials;
Use for paid or organic promotion;
Creation of derivative works;
Making available to the public;
Incorporation into a database;
Use for commercial comparison;
Use for building a competing website, brand, store, campaign, product, or service.

The prohibition also applies to partial use, translated use, adapted use, "inspired" use, use after changing words, use after changing colors, use after cropping an image, use after removing a logo, use after changing the order of sentences, or use after changing the design.

5. Prohibition on Copying Product Descriptions and Marketing Content

The product descriptions, sales copy, explanations for customers, FAQs, headings, product page structure, product page text, and marketing text on the SafeGirl website are original SafeGirl content.

It is prohibited to copy, rewrite, translate, shorten, expand, adapt, edit, or use this content on another website, in another store, in an advertisement, on a social network, on a landing page, in a catalog, in a WhatsApp message, in a marketing email, or in any other channel.

A minor change of words, changing the order of sentences, using synonyms, or translation into another language does not make infringing use permissible.

6. Prohibition on Use of Images, Graphics, and Design

All product photography, images, banners, graphics, icons, mockups, designs, and visual materials on the SafeGirl website are protected materials, insofar as they are protected by law.

It is prohibited to download, save, copy, crop, edit, remove identifying marks, remove meta-data, use, publish, re-upload, or incorporate these materials into any website, store, page, advertisement, social network, catalog, presentation, document, campaign, or other commercial material.

Use of an image after resizing, color changing, cropping, filtering, background removal, flipping, blurring, or other editing may still constitute infringing use.

7. Prohibition on Use for Artificial Intelligence, Scraping, and Data Mining

Nothing on this website constitutes a license to use website content for mining, scraping, crawling, systematic collection, creation of a database, training of artificial intelligence models, fine-tuning, creation of datasets, creation of imitation models, creation of competing content, automatic commercial analysis, or other automatic use.

Any such use requires express, prior written approval from SafeGirl, except for uses permitted by law.

It is clarified that SafeGirl does not consent to the use of its content for training systems, creating models, producing competing content, or generating commercial insights aimed at imitation, copying, unfair competition, or harming SafeGirl's reputation.

8. Permitted Uses Only

Only the following actions are permitted:

Sharing a direct link to a page on the SafeGirl website;
A short and reasonable quote for the purposes of criticism, review, research, study, or journalistic reporting, subject to law, accompanied by clear attribution to SafeGirl and a link to the original page;
Other use expressly permitted by law.

Any other use is prohibited without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section serves to expand permitted uses beyond those set forth by law, nor does it constitute a commercial license, copying license, image use license, product description use license, or brand use license.

9. Prohibition on Deception and Creating False Affiliation

Do not present a website, product, service, page, store, social media account, advertisement, publication, or campaign in a manner that might lead the public to think it is connected to SafeGirl, approved by SafeGirl, operated by SafeGirl, marketed by SafeGirl, or based on SafeGirl content with authorization.

Do not use phrases such as “like SafeGirl”, “in the style of SafeGirl”, “inspired by SafeGirl”, “the alternative to SafeGirl”, or any other phrasing that might build on SafeGirl’s reputation or create deception, unless permitted by law.

10. Moral Rights

For any work regarding which a moral right exists under Israeli law, the author’s right to attribution and the right to the integrity of the work are reserved.

Do not remove credit, logos, watermarks, meta-data, signatures, identifying marks, or any other attribution means from SafeGirl content, images, graphics, designs, or files.

Do not alter, distort, mangle, crop, or edit a work in a manner that might harm the author’s honor, name, SafeGirl's reputation, or the integrity of the work.

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

SafeGirl monitors and will continue to monitor unauthorized use of website content and brand materials.

To this end, SafeGirl may use, inter alia, the following means:

Reverse image search;
Text scans;
Content similarity checks;
Design similarity checks;
Hash checks;
Saving screenshots;
Saving HTML files;
Documentation of publication dates;
Documentation of URLs;
Documentation of sponsored posts;
Documentation of social media pages;
Documentation of competing stores;
Contacting service providers, platforms, search engines, social networks, hosting companies, payment processors, and any other relevant party.

12. Actions in Case of Infringement

In case of suspected infringement, SafeGirl reserves the right to take any action permitted by law, without prior notice, including:

Documentation of the infringement and preservation of evidence;
Immediate demand to remove content;
Demand to cease use;
Demand for written undertaking not to repeat the infringement;
Demand for deletion of copies;
Demand for full disclosure of the scope of use;
Demand for disclosure of sales, impressions, campaign, and profit data;
Demand for an accounting;
Demand for disgorgement of profits;
Demand for financial compensation;
Contacting digital platforms;
Contacting hosting providers;
Contacting search engines;
Contacting social networks;
Contacting payment processors;
Application for an injunction;
Application for temporary relief;
Filing a civil lawsuit in the competent court in Israel;
Demand for legal costs and attorney fees.

13. Compensation and Remedies

SafeGirl reserves full rights to demand any remedy available under Israeli law, including:

Statutory damages without proof of damage under the Copyright Law, 5768-2007;
Statutory damages without proof of damage under the Commercial Torts Law, 5759-1999, as applicable;
Compensation for actual damage;
Disgorgement of profits;
Accounting;
Injunction;
Mandatory injunction;
Content removal;
Deletion of copies;
Legal costs;
Attorney fees;
Any other remedy by law.

It is clarified that SafeGirl shall view every infringing use, every work, every image, every text, every page, every publication, every advertisement, every platform, and every instance of use as a separate infringement, to the extent the law allows.

14. No Waiver and No Implied Permission

Inaction by SafeGirl, delay in enforcement, absence of response, sharing a link, appearance in search results, availability of content on the website, or publication of content on a social network do not constitute consent, license, approval, waiver, or permission to use.

Every permission to use SafeGirl content must be express, prior, and in writing, signed or approved in writing by SafeGirl.

15. Requesting a License to Use Content

Any request to use content, images, texts, logos, product names, brand materials, or any other material of SafeGirl requires prior application and receipt of written approval.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

This notice, these terms of use, any use of the website, and any dispute arising from the website or its content shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only.

Jurisdiction for any dispute regarding the website, its content, the use thereof, their infringement, or these terms shall lie with the competent courts in Israel.

17. Full Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, publish, distribute, broadcast, make available to the public, translate, adapt, rewrite, save, scan, use commercially, create derivative works from, imitate, use to mislead, or make any other use of SafeGirl content without prior written permission, unless the use is permitted by law.

The rights in SafeGirl content exist from the moment of their creation and are not dependent on the publication of this notice.
This notice is intended to clarify, strengthen, and preserve SafeGirl's rights, and does not derogate from any right, claim, or remedy by law.
